The machine is designed to feed materials and weigh them using an electronic scale, which overcomes the shortcomings of measurement error caused by changes in material specific gravity. The specially designed feeding and bucket metering system ensures accurate measurement even during bagging and unloading.
With a wide quantitative range and high precision, one machine can be used for multiple purposes, making it highly efficient. The digital display is simple and intuitive, allowing for continuous adjustment of packaging specifications and easy operation. The control box features a Chinese and English interface operation, touch screen control, and PLC control.
The hopper/container and the double scale sensor support the hopper, detecting the loading weight. When the target value is reached, the feed port and discharge port of the hopper are opened, and the material is filled through the discharge port.
The RV conveyor is controlled by a speed reducer, ensuring precise transmission and weighing data for higher material accuracy. This machine is not limited by the packaging container and is suitable for occasions where the variety of materials and packaging specifications often change.
